You represent that You are over the age of 18.

Use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy.

By using this website or communicating with Us electronically, You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that We provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

Unless otherwise stated, You are not granted a license or any right under Copyright, Trademark, Patent, or other Intellectual Property Rights. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, alter, or commercialize any resources on this website without Our prior written permission, except as allowed under mandatory law (e.g., right to quote).

Goods and Product Types

We offer the following categories of Goods:

  1. Signed Artist Proofs – Limited edition artist proofs of Magic: The Gathering cards, hand-signed by the Artist. Customers may select the ink color of the signature. Each item is individually signed and considered a personalized good.

  2. Artist Proof Sketches – Optional sketches added on the back of Artist Proofs. Customers cannot request specific designs; the Artist decides the subject matter. Each sketch is created individually and is a personalized good.

  3. Playmats – Printed by subcontractors on demand using predefined designs provided by the Artist. These are standard goods and not considered personalized.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your Information
To place an Order, You may be asked to provide information including Your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment information. You represent that this information is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting this information, You consent to its processing by Us and sharing it with payment processors for the purposes of completing Your Order.

Our Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including:

  • Goods availability

  • Errors in description or price

  • Errors in Your Order

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Right of Withdrawal

  • Playmats: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Playmat without giving any reason (see Return & Refund Policy).

  • Signed Artist Proofs and Artist Proof Sketches: Due to their personalized nature, the right of withdrawal does not apply, unless the goods are defective.

Delivery

  • Playmats and Signed Artist Proofs are shipped within 30 days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

  • Artist Proof Sketches may take up to 12 months to complete and ship, as indicated on the product page.

  • Goods are delivered worldwide, except to: Russia, Belarus.

  • Delivery methods:

    • Standard postal services

    • Courier services (DHL Express)

  • Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

  • The exact delivery time depends on the destination country, customs processing (if applicable), and the courier or postal service used.
    We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities once the goods have been dispatched.

  • The risk of loss or damage passes to You upon physical possession of the goods.

Customs and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
We are not responsible for delays, returns, or additional charges caused by customs processing or non-payment of such fees.

Complaints and Legal Guarantee

We are liable for any lack of conformity of goods under applicable consumer protection laws.

If the purchased goods are not in conformity with the contract, You may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal. The legal guarantee period is 2 years from delivery.

We will respond within 14 days. For defective goods, the costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Company.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.

Prices and Promotions

We reserve the right to revise prices before accepting an Order. Prices may be adjusted due to factors outside our control (e.g., currency fluctuations or supplier price changes). You may cancel the Order in such cases.

All prices displayed on our Website are exclusive of any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply in your country.
Customers are responsible for paying any such additional charges imposed by their local authorities upon delivery.

For price reductions, we provide information about the lowest price applied within the 30 days prior to the reduction.

Payments

All Goods are subject to one-time payment. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay,” You acknowledge the payment obligation.

Available payment methods: PayPal, credit card, debit card, and other online systems indicated at checkout. Payment is collected when placing the order.

User Accounts

When creating an account, You must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and for any activity under Your account. Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Usernames must not infringe on others’ rights or be offensive.

Links to Other Websites

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites linked on our Service.

Idea Submission

Do not submit ideas, inventions, or works unless a prior written agreement or NDA is in place. Otherwise, You grant Us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute Your content.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid through the Service.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties, except as required by law.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, including mandatory EU consumer protection regulations. EU consumers may bring proceedings before courts of their place of residence and may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Severability and Waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be interpreted to achieve its purpose, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Failure to exercise a right or waive a breach does not constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the website.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Language

These Terms are provided in English. In case of discrepancies with translations, the English version prevails.
