If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all products purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Right of Withdrawal

  • For Playmats (standard goods): You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • For Signed Artist Proofs (hand-signed, with customer-selected ink color): due to their personalized nature, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

  • For Artist Proof Sketches (original drawings on the back of Artist Proofs): due to their personalized nature, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

The withdrawal period for Playmats will expire 14 days after the day on which You, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by You, acquire physical possession of the Goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal (for Playmats), You must inform Us of Your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may do so by:

We will communicate to You an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

Effects of Withdrawal (Playmats only)

If You withdraw from this contract, We shall reimburse to You all payments received, including the costs of standard delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if You chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which We are informed of Your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until We have received the Goods back or You have supplied evidence of having sent back the Goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as You used for the initial transaction, unless You have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Returning Goods (Playmats only)

You shall send back the Goods or hand them over to Us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which You communicate Your withdrawal. The deadline is met if You send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the Goods.

  • You are also responsible for the risk of damage or loss during return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Conditions for Returns (Playmats only)

Returned Goods should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning – similar to what would be possible in a physical store.

You may be liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • The supply of Signed Artist Proofs (hand-signed, with customer-selected ink color).

  • The supply of Artist Proof Sketches (individually created drawings).

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • The supply of sealed Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Returns Due to Defects (all products)

Regardless of the above, You always have the right to return any product (Playmats, Signed Artist Proofs, Sketches) if it is defective, damaged, or not as described.

In such cases, We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
