Artist Proofs are limited edition Magic: The Gathering cards with white backs, not tournament legal. They are hand-signed by the artist and can optionally include a one-color sketch.

No. Sketches are at the artist’s discretion and thematically related to the card front (or occasionally unrelated). Gallery images are examples of past sketches only.

Sketches may take up to 12 months to complete and ship.

It is rubber! The smell will eventualy wear out.

WIth the suspension of duty-free de minimis act on 29th of August, national post services and private providers across the world have temporarily stopped shipping parcels to the US.

At the moment, the only option available that still allows me to ship to the US is to use more expensive DHL Express shipping method.

Signed Artist Proofs and Playmats: Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, but we reserve the right to ship within 30 days from order confirmation.

Sketches: Please allow up to 12 months for completion and shipping.

Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. Typical transit times after dispatch:

• Standard Postal Service: 1–4 weeks

• DHL Express: 2–4 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, import duties, or local taxes required by their country’s authorities.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping and handling costs.

Each Artist Proof is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Your AP will be triple-sleeved — placed in an inner sleeve, then in a rigid toploader, and finally sealed in a team bag.
It is then secured between two pieces of sturdy cardboard and shipped in an FSC-certified bubble mailer for extra protection during transit.

Yes, when the order is shipped tracking number will be sent to the e-mail adress you've provided during the purchase.

The playmats and artist proofs are shipped from different locations, only the artist proofs are handled directly by Chris. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Yes, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless an exception applies.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof of return shipment).

EU customers: Your data stays in the EU, except when delivery outside the EU is required (shared with couriers/postal services).

US customers: Playmat orders are fulfilled by our US subcontractor; other products are fulfilled in the EU and then shipped to the US.

Other countries: Your data is processed in the EU but shared with couriers/postal services for international delivery.
